Seats are on a first come first serve basis.
Lowville, New York is located in Northern New York. From Utica take Route 12 North to the Village of Lowville.
From Syracuse take Route 81 North to Exit 42 (Adams Center) - turn right onto Route 177.
Follow Route 177 to West Lowville.
Turn right on Route 12 and proceed into the Village of Lowville.
There are signs throughout the village to the fairgrounds.
